OBSTACLE TECHNIQUE AND EFFICIENCY:
Just as you are, apply your strengths to obstacle technique.
Learn tips and tricks for 2-3 obstacles each class to practice and perfect any obstacle.
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 7 – 7:30 PM
Push mentally and physically further than ever thought possible.
Focus on strength training for 2 obstacles per month to overcome even the toughest obstacles.
Wednesday and Friday 5 - 5:45 pm
FOAM ROLLING AND STRETCHING
Improve your flexibility and range of motion with a full body stretch after your workout.

Discover the art of motion!
Parkour (park-ore) is the discipline of learning how to overcome any obstacle in your path using only the human body. Practitioners will learn how to vault, roll, climb, run up walls, and more under out WFPF Certified Instructors!

Learn how to fly with us!
Master the basics, build the strength, and incorporate silks into your everyday workout! This class is perfect for beginners.

Have a single obstacle that’s staring at you every time you’re in the gym? Let’s conquer it! This class focus on ONE obstacle of choice each time, including complementary exercises to strengthen the muscles needed for that obstacle.

Stretching for mind and body
Join our meditative stretching experience taught by Julia, who leads the class through empowering mental exercises while increasing your flexibility.
Saturdays 6-6:30 PM
Ladies can be ninjas, too! Join us for an hour of female-focused training, specifically programmed to empower women and their unique strengths.
