Every muscle will work evenly to keep your functional fitness journey injury free.

OBSTACLE TECHNIQUE AND EFFICIENCY:
Just as you are, apply your strengths to obstacle technique.
Learn tips and tricks for 2-3 obstacles each class to practice and perfect any obstacle.
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 7 – 7:30 PM
Push mentally and physically further than ever thought possible.
Focus on strength training for 2 obstacles per month to overcome even the toughest obstacles.
