Here’s How We Will Do It:

First, we’ll cover why most goals fail and how to avoid those common patterns. We’ll give you the mental shifts you need to stay motivated, focused on the outcome, and consistent long enough for behavior to become habit.

Second, we’ll cover how to remove the limiting beliefs that are stifling your potential and how to replace those with beliefs that serve a productive purpose in your growth into your greater potential. We’ll also cover the strong forces you will need to form these habits and how to access those forces within yourself.

Third, we’ll cover how to adopt a warrior’s mindset and be strengthened by challenges in your life instead of broken by them. You will learn how to grow through challenge and ascend to your next level. You will also learn how to have the mindset of a victor when it comes to failure.

Fourth, we’ll cover how to stay on track and build on your habits to avoid the pattern of falling back into your old habits that lead a life that you are not happy with.

What The Program Includes:

What We Will Be Doing:

  • Every Thursday night we will meet from 7:30 pm-8:30 pm to cover the material needed to understand how to truly form success habits and to tune you to a success frequency that will provide you with the attitudes and philosophies you need to become all you are intended to be.

  • We will keep you accountable to attending group classes and working with your Personal Trainer consistently so that you can form the exercise habits you need to achieve your fitness goals and live the high quality of life you deserve.

  • As a bonus, we will all be tracking our progress with a Habit-Forming Accountability Sheet to help us solidify habits not only in health, but in our careers and improving our relationships as well.

Monday - Fun group class workout

Tuesday - Personal Training Session

Wednesday - Fun Group Class Workout

Thursday - Personal Development Seminar (rest day from exercise)

Friday - Fun Group Class Workout

Program Rules:

  • You must attend every Thursday night session.

  • You must stick to the schedule your trainer makes for you.

  • Quitting is not allowed.

This program is FREE as long as you stick to these rules. If you miss a seminar, training session, or drop out, you will be charged $15.00 for each seminar and class you attended.

We understand that some things may come up so we will allow 3 leniencies throughout the program. If you miss a seminar, class, or personal training session, we will give you a make up activity to do. This may be rescheduling your session for within the same week, coming to another class to keep your schedule consistent, or listening to material and journaling on some prompts.

After these 3 leniencies, you will start to be charged for what you used. This is to keep you accountable to the behavior long enough for it to become habit. This program is built for you to succeed. Quitting and laziness is not allowed. We will work with you through challenges that come up. Don’t quit!
