• Start with meeting with Julia prior to program start

  • Submit a Personal Training Survey to the front desk, with “7 WEEKS” written at the top.

  • Join the Facebook Accountability and Support Group

  • Check in with Julia once a week for habit accountability and motivation

  • Attend EVERY Monday at 7:30PM : Garrett's Motivation Monday Workshop

  • Attend AT LEAST two other classes each week

  • Post on social media tagging Ninja Park on EVERY visit

  • Daily journal and assigned worksheets in Success Binder


*Any absences must be made up with instruction from Julia or Garrett within that same week.

**If not following these rules and guidelines, we will charge a delightful $50 “non-committer” fee. This fee is solely used to keep a monetary accountability for members of this program. We want you to succeed!
