that you will allow you to grow into the person who is capable of achieving your biggest goals.
In Ninja Park’s 4-Week Program, you will not only be provided with the physical training needed to get the results you want, but with the personal development training that will uproot the limiting beliefs and make it much easier to make better choices. Those choices will lead to better and more consistent behavior and that behavior done over the 4 weeks will form real and sustainable habits. Those habits will produce the outcomes you want for your health and fitness.

What to expect:
Every Thursday night we will meet from 7:30 pm-8:30 pm to cover the material needed to understand how to truly form success habits and to tune you to a success frequency that will provide you with the attitudes and philosophies you need to become all you are intended to be.
We will keep you accountable to attending group classes and working with your Personal Trainer consistently so that you can form the exercise habits you need to achieve your fitness goals and live the high quality of life you deserve.
As a bonus, we will all be tracking our progress with a Habit-Forming Accountability Sheet to help us solidify habits not only in health, but in our careers and improving our relationships as well.
You must attend every Thursday night session.
You must stick to the schedule your trainer makes for you.
Quitting is not allowed.
This program is FREE as long as you stick to these rules. If you miss a seminar, training session, or drop out, you will be charged $15.00 for each seminar and class you attended.
We understand that some things may come up so we will allow 3 leniencies throughout the program. If you miss a seminar, class, or personal training session, we will give you a make up activity to do. This may be rescheduling your session for within the same week, coming to another class to keep your schedule consistent, or listening to material and journaling on some prompts.
After these 3 leniencies, you will start to be charged for what you used. This is to keep you accountable to the behavior long enough for it to become habit. This program is built for you to succeed. Quitting and excuses are not allowed. We promise to work with you through challenges that come up. If something unexpected happens or your schedule gets busy we will work with you! Just Don’t quit!

We hear this A Lot!
The reality is that if you neglect your health now, it will catch up to you. Eventually ALL of your time, money, and energy will go toward recuperating your health if you neglect it now.
Unfortunately, this is usually in the form of hospital bills, surgeries, rehabilitation, prescription medication, and other not so fun ways of recuperating your health.
People who say “I don’t have time to go to the gym” are usually prioritizing too many things before their health. These people are on track for this unfortunate fate:
Think about why you feel you don’t have time to keep yourself healthy. What are you putting before your own health? Think about the future consequences of that. Is what you’re putting in front of your health right now worth it in the end?
You better decide that right now if you want to change the trajectory that you’re on. If you don’t want to only provide for your family, but also be there for them and come through for them, than you will need an able mind and an able body. You will need your health.
We are so quick to sacrifice ourselves. We say, “I won’t go to the gym to free up more time and money.” Think about the long-term consequences of sacrificing your health and decide if it is really worth it. How is sacrificing yourself selfless? Do you realize how many people love you and rely on you?!?
People have the “I’ll cross that bridge when I get there” mentality when it comes to their health. They don’t take any action for their health because their health isn’t failing. Yet.
If you allow yourself to have this mindset, you will find a burning bridge that cannot be crossed.
Why would you allow yourself to arrive at a burning bridge when you can do something now to prevent it from catching on fire?
People with the “cross that bridge when I get there” mentality when it comes to their health, don’t realize there’s a problem until that problem controls their life. Usually by then, it’s too late.
The Dalai Lama was once asked what surprised him most about humanity. He said,
“Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices his money in order to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”
Most people neglect their health every day. They live as though they are never going to die. Then their choices catch up to them and they die having never really lived.
We neglect our health because it does not scream at us like money does. We always need more money and we do just about anything to get it. Usually at the expense of what matters most, including our own health. Your health does not scream at you ever day. Rather, the decline of your health creeps up slowly and quietly. Then one day, your health screams louder than money. At that point, you will find yourself spending all your money to try to recuperate your health.
It doesn’t have to be that way! You can change your trajectory! But you have to stop telling yourself that lie, “I don’t have time.”
Time is fair! Everyone has the same 24/7/365. Some people come through for their families, keep themselves healthy, and run their businesses very well. Others don’t.
Time is not the issue. The issue is prioritization.

I’m feeling intimidated. I don’t want to get injured or hold people back who are more fit than me.
Very understandable! We know how intimidating “obstacle fitness” sounds. We also know that walking into a gym and seeing a bunch o scary looking obstacles is nerve-racking.
The thing is, (when done correctly) you are more likely to get injured from lack of exercise than you are from the exercising itself. Yes, even obstacle fitness.
Obstacle fitness DOES NOT mean that you are going to be immediately hanging off of high places, jumping big distances, and whatever other scary thoughts your brain has when it hears “obstacle fitness.”
Obstacle fitness means that you are going to be doing a lot of obstacle progressions such as body weight exercises and using portions of obstacles for exercise. That is what makes it so fun and engaging. Unlike conventional fitness, you will have little victories every day. You make it one step further, hang a little longer, pull up a little higher, feel stronger on an exercise or obstacle, and that is what keeps you motivated and eager to return.
We know that until you try it, you will be picturing running an obstacle course like on American Ninja Warrior and thinking, “I can’t do that” “I’ll hurt myself” I need to get fit and then maybe I can go to this gym.”
But that just isn’t true. We do not exist so that the few people who are very fit and can do the obstacles can come in and play on them.
We exist to provide a fun, functional, safe, and effective way of fitness for those who get bored with conventional fitness.
One thing that is very important to understand is that everyone who started with us felt intimidated and the people who are starting around the same time as you still feel intimidated. It’s not just you.
We have an extremely supportive culture! Nobody is working out to beat the person next to them. Instead, we pick each other up in support and love because we know we are all on a path to self-betterment.
