Kids under 15
Our youth program strives to instill a mindset of overcoming obstacles both mentally and physically. Our certified instructors provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids of any fitness and skill level, so they can go further in than they ever thought possible inside and outside of the gym.
Tiny ninjas rising to their feet start early in learning how to overcome any obstacle mentally and physically in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Any first class is always free to ages 2-4!

Little and growing ninjas ages 5-15 find their starting point to master technique. Then discover how to build the strength to conquer and progress further than ever thought possible.
Any first level 1 class is always free to ages 5-8!
- M/W/F 5:00-5:40, 6:00-6:40
- T/T 4:00-4:40
- Sun 1:00-1:40
Any first level 2 class is always free to ages 9-15!
- M/W/F 4:00-4:40
- T/T 5:00-5:40, 7:00-7:40

Anyone is welcome and encouraged to bring their friends and family for a tour and introduction of what the gym offers and why we do what we do.
The group will be split into kids and adults so everyone can experience Ninja Warrior training!
Jump into fun, functional fitness as a family, and you can all learn how to overcome any obstacle together!
First class is always free!
