Parkour Conditioning (14+)
Sunday 3:30 - 4:15 (Coach Payton)
If you're looking to get stronger for parkour, freerunning and obstacles, join us for a quick parkour-based workout.
Fundamentals of Parkour (Level 1- ages 5-8)
Sunday 4:45-5:30 (Coach Johanna)
Come bring your little guys to start learning movement patterns and safety techniques while having a great time! In this class, we focus on teaching proper movement, flexibility, and strength for parkour training later on.
Level 2 Parkour (ages 9-12+)
Monday 7:00-7:40 (Coach Payton)
Wednesday 7:00-7:40 (Coach Payton)
Friday 7:00-740 (Coach Cassie)
In this class, we focus on learning skills, developing techniques, and continuing to build strength for parkour and freerunning training. Both our coaches offer different class styles, so join both for the optimal parkour training curriculum!
Adults Parkour (ages 16+)
Saturday 12:00p-1:00p (Coach Payton)
Monday 7:45-8:45p (Coach Payton)
Come join us for a training session after a long week! This class focuses on building musculature, flexibility, and proper functional movement patterns through parkour training. If you're new to parkour, this is also a great starting class to get your bearings!
Advanced Parkour and Freerunning (Level 3- ages 12+)
Saturday 1-2 (Coach Payton)
This is our most advanced parkour and freerunning class at Ninja Park. Join us for a jam-style class where we learn new techniques, explore movement patterns, develop freerunning style, and continue to build strength, skill, and flexibility.
**NOTE: This class is available by tryout only. Contact Coach Payton for details. Tryouts are held every two months or at the request of three students.

If you practice parkour and/or freerunning and are passing through the area, give us a call and speak to Coach Payton. We are always happy to accommodate your training, and we will do our best to give you a place to train and people to train with.
